Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Outside of these times, if you leave a message we will call you back at any time up to 8pm to help you with your enquiry.
As we are a small family run business, whilst we endeavour to answer your call straight away, there may be instances when we are in the warehouse. We will return your call when we are back in the office.
About Us:-
Marie's Cross Stitch was formed in 2004 when a passion for cross stitching over spilled into a business. From a young age, Marie spent hundreds of hours with a needle and thread in her hand and it was natural for her to turn a passion into a reality when the opportunity arose.
From starting when internet shopping was not in-vogue through to launching a smooth modern website in recent years, Marie’s has grown steadily year on year to provide quality craft products at competitive prices to people all over the world.
When I got offered my first account with a cross stitch supplier it was a dream come true and I’ve never looked back, to me there’s nothing more enjoyable than packing orders all week long and on a Sunday afternoon stitching the hours away with a great new design that has just come in” Marie.
As Marie’s are a small family run business there may be occasions that we might not get to the phone straight away, but don’t think we don’t want your order or to help you with a question! We might just be dropping orders at the post office or busy in the warehouse. We will return your call when we are back in the office and we don’t mind a hard days graft so you might get us calling you back up to 8 pm at night!
