At Maries Cross Stitch we send all of our orders view a tracked service, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can see where your parcel is throughout it's journey to you. Our prices have been prepared to offer you the fairest and cheapest price depending on the value of your order. Please see our delivery prices below to work out the carriage you will be charged..

How long will my order take to be delivered?
All of our UK Mainland orders are sent using a tracked courier service. Usually your order will be delivered in 2 working days from the date of despatch. You will receive an email to let you know the date we sent your order. Please note that if you have ordered some items we do not have in stock your order will be despatched once the items have come back into stock, see below for details of items we do not carry in stock.
Looking for a quicker delivery?
Call us on 01376 777017 (Mon - Fri 9am to 4pm) and we will see what we can do for you. We have lots of options to get your parcel to you quicker if you need it. The earlier you call the better chance we will have so don't delay.
How long do overseas orders take?
All of our overseas orders are sent via Registered International Courier who will require a signature on delivery. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but most European countries take 3-4 days for delivery, but please do allow more time. You will receive an email with tracking when your order is sent.
In some extreme circumstances we reserve the right to charge carriage costs at the actual cost charged to us by the courier. This would only happen on orders being delivered outside of the mainland UK as determined by the courier companies and covered by their remote areas, we will contact you before sending the order to advise you of the extra charge and give you the option to cancel your order if you disagree with this additional charge.
Is my item in stock?
We carry a large range of kits in stock for imediate dispatch, but due to the very large range of products we offer on our website occassionally, we do have to order your item in from our suppliers first. Our website will tell you approximately how long the item will take to be shipped to you.
We will wait for all of your items to come into stock before submitting your order unless there will be a lengthy delay with any of your items.
