How long will my order take to be delivered?
All of our UK Mainland orders are sent using Royal Mail (except for large orders which may be sent via courier on a signed for service).
Usually items sent via Royal Mail will be delivered in 2 - 6 working days from the date of despatch, however we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. You will receive an email to let you know the date we sent your order. Please note that if you have ordered some items we do not have in stock your order will be despatched once the items have come back into stock, see below for details of items we do not carry in stock.
How long do overseas orders take?
All of our overseas orders are usually sent via Royal Mail or International Courier who will require a signature on delivery. Please visit www.RoyalMail.com for more details and estimated delivery times for your country.
In some extreme circumstances we reserve the right to charge carriage costs at the actual cost charged to us by the courier. This would only happen on orders being delivered outside of the mainland UK as determined by the courier companies and covered by their remote areas, we will contact you before sending the order to advise you of the extra charge and give you the option to cancel your order if you disagree with this additional charge.
Is my item in stock?
We carry a large range of kits in stock for imediate dispatch, but due to the very large range of products we offer on our website occassionally, we do have to order your item in from our suppliers first. Our website will tell you approximately how long the item will take to be shipped to you.
We will wait for all of your items to come into stock before submitting your order unless there will be a lengthy delay with any of your items.
