DMC - Art. 117 - 6 Strand Standard Cotton Thread is composed of 6 easily seperated strands.
One or several strands can be used depending on the fabric to be embroidered or the result desired.
The colours can be combined to obtain a shaded effect. This thread is made from long-staple-cottons, the best in the world, and is mercerised twice to give it an exceptional sheen. Highly resistant dyes are carefully selected to ensure that the thread does not fade as a result of washing or exposure to light (colourfast).
Each Skein is 8 metres long.
